1. What AGAKILIRO Is

AGAKILIRO is an educational platform and job marketplace operated by Teradig. We connect people who complete skills training with businesses seeking those skills.

2. Platform Access

Access to AGAKILIRO is free. We do not charge users to:

• Create an account
• Take courses
• Apply for jobs
• Use platform features

3. No Income Guarantees

We do not guarantee employment or specific income levels. Your earning potential depends on:

• Your skills and qualifications
• Effort and time invested
• Quality of work delivered
• Market demand for services
• Competition from other workers

4. Learning Rewards

Small payments during the learning phase are stipends to offset data costs, not income. These rewards:

• Are funded by business sponsors and advertisers
• Have a maximum cap of 10,000 RWF per user
• Are meant to remove financial barriers to learning
• Do not constitute employment compensation

5. Platform Fees

AGAKILIRO charges businesses a 10% commission on completed jobs. Users are not charged to use the platform.

6. Not a Pyramid Scheme

Users do not earn money by recruiting other users. All income comes from:

• Work performed for clients
• Skills-based services delivered
• Legitimate freelance or employment opportunities

7. Fair Marketplace

Job opportunities are based on:

• Verified skills and certifications
• Client selection and preferences
• Work quality and ratings
• Availability and response time

We do not guarantee job placement or priority access to opportunities.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Complete courses honestly
• Deliver quality work to clients
• Communicate professionally
• Respect intellectual property rights

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Gaming the learning reward system
• Poor work quality or misconduct
• Violation of these terms

10. Data Privacy

We collect and use your data to:

• Provide platform services
• Match you with job opportunities
• Improve user experience
• Communicate updates

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

AGAKILIRO is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of income or opportunities
• Disputes between users and clients
• Technical issues or downtime
• Third-party actions

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
